At The Patton Law Firm, LLC, I help individuals and businesses throughout Ohio and the country obtain and protect the licenses that are essential to maintaining a practice, business and career.
With more than 15 years of experience, I have committed my practice to administrative law and professional licensure matters. I started my career in the Ohio Attorney General's office, handling administrative enforcement as well as working with the Major Appeals Group taking cases before the United States Supreme Court. In my private practice, I have litigated numerous high-profile cases and am one of a select few OSBA Board Certified Specialists in Administrative Law.
Your License Is Valuable — Protect It
I understand that for licensed professionals, receiving a hearing notice from a regulatory agency or board is more than just an embarrassment accompanied by a slap on the wrist. Your reputation and career are on the line — and that's why you need an attorney with the experience, credentials and expertise to protect what you've worked so hard to achieve.
My past track record and credentials speak to my commitment to providing representation marked by:
- Integrity is an essential aspect of my work as an attorney. I do not lie to my clients, and I do not lie for my clients. I represent my clients honestly and ethically.
- Whether a case involves business litigation with Fortune 500 companies or a simple matter for an individual client, I maintain the same commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Service To The Client
- Many lawyers seem to misunderstand the importance of the service component of legal representation, but this is the very essence of an attorney's role. I am an agent for my clients, bound to always act in their best interests. My commitment to client service defines my work as a practicing attorney.
