Experience
I have been practicing law for more than 10 years. My legal experience in that time is uniquely valuable for the legal practice areas that I handle, including:
- Litigation: With the litigation group of an AmLaw 100 firm, I helped represent R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation in national trials and appeals.
- Appeals: I began working on high-stakes appeals very early on in my career as an attorney. Working with the Major Appeals Group of the Ohio Attorney General's Office, I was part of the appellate team that handled appeals before the United States Supreme Court.
- Administrative law: With the Ohio Attorney General's Office, I was involved in a wide variety of litigation and appellate work involving government agencies, with an emphasis on professional licensure issues.
I handle litigation, appeals, administrative law and professional licensure. I intentionally maintain a low-volume practice so that I can take cases that are important to me and give each case the attention it deserves.

From my Solon office, I focus my practice in Northeast Ohio, including Cleveland and Akron. I also take cases from clients throughout Ohio, and I have frequently co-counseled with attorneys from throughout the country who have litigation and appellate matters pending in Ohio.
